How long does it take to clean my home?

Service times can vary. The initial visit typically takes longer as we familiarize ourselves with your home’s layout and determine the most effective cleaning methods. Subsequent visits are usually quicker.

Furthermore, the condition of your home plays a significant role. Some homes are meticulously maintained, needing only minor touch-ups or extra services. Others may be bustling with activity, requiring more thorough attention. We don’t pass judgment – whether we find a stray pizza slice or encounter a household bustling with activity, we’re here to assist.

Generally, smaller homes may take around two to four hours to clean, while larger homes may require three to six hours. If your home’s unique circumstances necessitate additional time, we’ll promptly communicate with you and provide suitable options.

Are you bonded and insured?

We are bonded and insured, and every member of our team undergoes thorough background checks. This sets us apart from individual cleaners who may claim to take such precautions but lack the comprehensive protection and assurance we provide.

What are your move in and move out cleaning?

Our Move In/Out cleaning is designed to prepare an apartment or house for a new tenant; there’s typically more room to be vacuumed, more baseboards to be detail cleaned, more cabinet and drawer space to be cleaned, light fixtures, etc. You can select it on our booking form under ‘extras’.

Do we have to be home for cleaning?

Certainly not! You’re welcome to leave a key for us to access your home, and we’ll take it from there. Many of our clients leave their keys under a mat, in the mailbox, or with a front desk attendant—anywhere discreet and accessible. If you’re booking online, please remember to include key instructions in the booking details. Otherwise, feel free to give us a call and let us know.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle. We do not accept cash or checks. (If you’d like to tip your cleaner you may use cash however.)

Do you use green products?

We do have teams that use only green products. Just request that you’d like a full green team on the booking form or phone and we’ll make sure they’re sent to your home!

Do I need to supply anything?

No. We provide everything necessary to complete the job, including a vacuum. In the case you want a specific product used, please leave it out and make a note in the instructions for us.

Are your cleaning services available on weekends?

Yes, we operate every day of the week, starting our first appointments at 8 am and concluding around 6 pm. Additionally, our live chat and phone lines are open until 8 pm for any inquiries or booking needs you may have.

Can you clean if I am not home?

Yes we can, just let us know on the booking form how to get in.

What is your cancellation policy?

We charge a flat $80 fee if the appointment is cancelled after 3pm the day before the cleaning appointment. Also, we charge a $80 flat fee if for any reason the cleaners are denied access to the home.

Can I request the same or a different cleaner?

Absolutely! You have the flexibility to choose whether you’d like to have the same cleaner for each appointment or opt for a new cleaner to be assigned.

Can I just have the common areas cleaned?

Yes. Please schedule your cleaning as an hourly appointment for the minimum amount of time (2 hours), and in the instructions, make a note of what you’d like cleaned. We’ll take care of the rest.
